Tim's been involved with business start-ups, and knows what it's like to go from nothing and achieve the 'impossible'.  

On one occasion he took on an assignment with a business with no initial investment capital, no working capital, 20 staff, little to no stock, and a 7 figure obligation due in 90 days.  Oh, and it was December with Christmas and salaries looming in less than 4 weeks.  

Overcoming those issues was not just a case of business acumen - what was equally critical was the ATTITUDE needed to build the successful outcome and growth leading to a return measured in many thousands of percent.

Whatever the project, it's not just the actions taken or even the outcomes achieved, it's the attitude and approach which makes it overall a 'success'.

Tim also has direct experience of taking struggling and failing businesses and executing turn-around programs for them.

In one case, he took on a client whose bankers wanted the £150k overdraft repaid in 7 days, which would effectively have closed the business.  

Through exercising the techniques that he now shares in the Foundations, Mastery and Mentoring programs, Tim was able to negotiate an INCREASE in overdraft to £300k, and a 6 month extension to resolve the business' issues.  

Next a business transformation was effected, including turning a loss-making subsidiary into a profitable venture, stabilising the core business, resolving personal performance issues between the Directors, and negotiating an agreement with dissenting and rebellious shareholders. Ultimately the business was sold for a 7 figure sum to a publicly-listed competitor, who produced the funds and backing for further growth.

In other cases, he has taken business making a £300k loss and turning those into profitable, cash-producing ventures, with minimal negative impact on staff or customers.

Not to say that it's all been plain sailing.  

Quite the contrary.  Creating change and positive outcomes has taken the inevitable personal toll at times.

As a self-confessed workaholic, Tim has learnt the hard way about the importance of work-life balance, and about how to maintain a Winner's Attitude throughout episodes of crisis in both business and personal life.

And about how to pick yourself up when the world has fallen apart all around you.  Overcoming fear and lack of options to create hope, vision and choice.

As a result, Tim specialises in using the techniques in the Foundations program to manage stress, and prevent it becoming a 'killer', as it so often can.

Tim plays as hard as he works.

He is an accredited ROSPA Tutor, teaching both new and veteran riders the art of Advanced Motorbike Riding, following the Police's own riding techniques.  

With a steady record of 'gold' test passes by his associates, Tim is used to getting people beyond their fears and achieving goals they once thought were beyond them.

For Tim, seeing and being a part of someone's evolution is worth more than any financial outcome (which is just as well given the work is on a voluntary basis!).
