    Our Mastery workshop days support you to do just that, by taking a key area and applying the core Foundations skills in depth, with more intense practice and worked scenarios.

    Applying what you have learnt by further practice and with reference to your own situations is a priceless opportunity to get the maximum value, and to enhance the probability of your success.

    Currently we run Mastery Workshops for these application areas.

    In this focussed workshop we apply the core skills learnt on the Foundations course, with specific emphasis on :

  • creating and maintaining rapport
  • understanding a client's buying strategy
  • building a custom selling strategy
  • dealing with objections
  • The result is a high degree of confidence in being able to handle any sales process, especially those in high value sales.

    In this focussed workshop we apply the core skills learnt on the Foundations course, with specific emphasis on :

  • creating and maintaining rapport
  • building agreement
  • using the agreement frame to overcome dispute
  • responding to conflict and 'no way out' scenarios
  • The result is a high degree of confidence in being able to handle delicate situations where joint agreement is needed amidst conflicting pressures.

    In this focussed workshop we apply the core skills learnt on the Foundations course, with specific emphasis on :

  • identifying the causes of stress
  • creating response & coping mechanisms
  • maintaining balance & state management, even when it seems impossible to do so
  • maintaining vision amidst crisis and pressure
  • The result is a high degree of confidence in being able to handle the work-place stress which increasingly impacts productivity and positive results.

    • your own premises if you have a suitable venue and a group of at least 6-10 participants
    • 3rd party locations by arrangements if you wish to hold a special course
