The lone champion

Did you hear about the Olympic gold medal winner who got there solely by their own efforts? Or the golf pro who won the Open by themself? Or the Wimbledon champion who made it there all alone?

You didn't? No, of course you didn't, because no-one makes it to the top solely by their own effort.

On the contrary, top athletes depend as much on their coaches, as they do on their skills or their attitude. In fact, if it weren't for their coaches (often multiple specialist coaches), their skills and their attitude would not be attainable.

It delivers a series of sessions designed personally for you, crafted around the goals which you set for yourself, and according to a schedule which suits your time-scales and your objectives.

Typically we start by taking stock of where you are, where you want to be and what are the issues you are facing. Motivation, creativity, accessing your personal power, resourcefulness, mental blocks, negotiation skills, presentation skills, sales skills or just brain-storming solutions to current issues.

From that we design a program which deals with the blocks and gets you to your goals, in the time-scales you want.

Whether you have already done our Foundations program (or someone else's), or whether you might do it later, the Executive Mentoring is a parallel option, built around your needs & timescales.  So you can validly engage in the Mentoring program and return to the Foundations program later to build your skills and resourcefulness across a broader area.  Or you can leverage what you learnt on the Foundations program through a personally guided and mentored application of the relevant skills.

Our Mentoring engagement can last from an initial period of just one month for some limited initial goals, through to an annual program for a more thorough, more planned and more ambitious outcome.

Whatever the time-frame or the scope, our Executive Mentoring program is about actively supporting and guiding you to achieve your personal goals through your own efforts.

Under this premium personal success programme, we're not about spending time and effort just to go through the motions. This is not about exchanging a few hours of your time (and ours) for comfortable chat, and salving your own or someone else's conscience at an affordable and ultimately disposable cost. That's not what we're about.

This program is about effecting significant personal change in the way you approach and resolve issues, problems and challenges. It's about making a difference to your performance and enjoying the rewards of that.

As a result your investment is not just a financial one. And similarly the costs are not based on time spent, they're based on value and goals achieved.

Our Winners Module provides you with a personal intensive mentoring plan, where we support you to achieve your agreed goals over the coming year.  And we only take on a limited number of clients under this scheme, so you get a high level of personal attention (and you'll need to act in order to get one of the limited available places).

Because your goals are personal and specific to you, and because the mentoring support we provide will likewise be specific and personal to you, the exact structure of your Winners Module will be designed and agreed with you on a bespoke basis.

Typically it will include :

  • intensive goal setting sessions with personalised mentoring at outset and throughout
  • intensive personal development day at outset and as required throughout
  • weekly or fortnightly phone calls to agree progress and provide intensive mentoring on next steps
  • monthly in-person meeting to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
  • assistance to complete key tasks (where appropriate)
  • business consultancy (where appropriate)
  • personal private email and phone number for priority attention

As a winner, we would expect you to target an outcome with a financial return of at least £500,000, from which our total fee would be 10%.  To ensure our commitment to your success, the majority of this will be on a contingency basis, where 90% of our fee is deferred until you have achieved agreed and measurable goals.  To ensure your commitment, a minimum non-refundable fee of typically 1% will be agreed at the commencement of the engagement.
